1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AddSite.top (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). Using the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

AddSite.top is a free listing platform that allows users to submit their websites for public display. The Platform is designed to help website owners reach a targeted audience interested in cryptocurrency and online earnings.

Access to the submission form requires viewing 5 existing sites on the Platform. This mechanism ensures fair usage, prevents spam, and provides visibility to already-listed sites. The Platform does not charge any fees for listing or browsing.

3. User Responsibilities

By submitting a site to the Platform, you confirm and warrant that:

  • The site content is lawful and does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • The site does not contain malware, viruses, phishing links, trojans, or any other deceptive or harmful content.
  • The site is relevant to the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or online earnings niche.
  • You own or have the legal right to use all submitted content, including screenshots, text, images, and branding materials.
  • The site does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
  • The site is not designed to deceive users, collect personal data without consent, or engage in fraudulent activities.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you submit. The Platform does not verify the content of submitted sites beyond automated checks.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection, without prior notice or refund:

  • Illegal services or products, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or unlicensed financial services.
  • Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content that discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment schemes.
  • Content unrelated to the Platform's theme (cryptocurrency and online earnings).
  • Automated or bot-generated submissions.
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Content that impersonates other individuals, brands, or organizations.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, reject, or remove any site at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation, if it violates these Terms or disrupts the Platform experience for other users.

Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal. We may use automated tools and manual review to enforce these policies. Sites may be removed if they receive multiple user complaints or are flagged by our security systems.

6. No Guarantees

AddSite.top is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific traffic volumes, click-through rates, conversions, or any particular outcome from listing your site.
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed on the Platform.
  • The security or privacy of data transmitted through the Platform.

Platform availability may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AddSite.top and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational damage, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Fair Usage

Users must complete the required 5 views before submitting a site. The following actions are considered violations of fair usage and may result in permanent ban from the Platform:

  • Attempting to bypass the view requirement through automated tools, scripts, or browser extensions.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using multiple devices to circumvent submission limits.
  • Submitting the same site multiple times with minor variations.
  • Using the Platform to distribute spam or malicious links.
  • Attempting to manipulate view counters or submission metrics.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, revoke cookies, and take other technical measures to enforce fair usage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the design, layout, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of AddSite.top or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.
